EVERYONE STOP DYING!
I just got home from my friend’s mom’s visitation. Third friend to have a parent die in the last couple months. DJ AM and Ted Kennedy. Michael Jackson, Farrah Fawcett, Billy Mays, Ed McMahon. I probably missed a few others. Everyone stop dying!

Power Outtage (almost)
I am spending the night at my parents’ house, because I have to take my mom to the airport early in the morning. The power went out for like 30 seconds and came back on. I would go fucking crazy if it went off all night. I sure wish I wasn’t so addicted to technology.

After sitting through something like 8 hours of jury selection (over 3 days), I finally got called up and made the team. I’m a little bummed that the trial is going to run right up to Labor Day weekend, but at least the case sounds fascinating, and as I said before….it pays better than sitting at home unemployed.
