I got hired on full-time at my job, today.

That gives me paid holidays, 3 weeks a year vacation, double time Sundays, triple time if I work a holiday, insurance, 30 cents more an hour, and lot’s more job security. I was already working full time hours as a supplemental employee. I just didn’t have all the benefits. They also hired me in at a higher pay grade than I was offered. That get’s me $2 more an hour. I really love this job. No budgets to run, or quotas to make. No customers to deal with or employees to manage. I just come to work, do my job, then leave. No stress. Aside from having to wear safety glasses, earplugs, and steel toe shoes, I have no uniform. I have a set schedule and get to sleep in until 2pm everyday.
