1. I have been an ordained minister since 2003.

2. I am a machinist at Caterpillar. My building makes tractor transmissions. My section makes shafts. I run a grinder.

3. I have exactly 30 pairs of shoes (including boots and flip-flops).

4. I had a mullet through all of my teen years. I have been growing my hair out since last Christmas so I can cut it into a mullet next Halloween.

5. I have a dog named Buddy. I named him that to help break my habit of over using “buddy” as a placeholder name.

6. I frequently have dreams where my grandma and, especially, grandpa are still alive. He died in 1996, she in 2002.

7.I still have a douchey, “big bass” car stereo, but have spent a lot of time and money soundproofing my vehicle, so people outside can’t hear it.

8. I spend a considerable amount of time fanaticising about going back in time, by transferring my knowledge and experience into the brain of my younger self. 

9. I sleep with a CPAP machine to control my sleep apnea. 

10. I drink a fifth of Jose Cuervo Silver almost every night. 

Bonus. I am a huge fan of the Star Trek franchise, however I cannot stand the Original Series. Not a big fan of the newest movie, either.
