I still upload videos to Youtube, too, because I can’t show/watch Vimeo videos on the iphone, but you can use Youtube on the iphone. That’s pretty much the only reason.
Other than that, Vimeo is better in every way.

I have lots of problems uploading to vimeo. I like the “idea” of vimeo much better, but it just doesn’t work as good. For me, anyway.
