Religion- My mom …
My mom is and always has been a very deeply religious Christian. I remember asking her when I was about 6-8yrs old if God was a proven fact. Her answer was that is is not proven, but that is what faith is. Believing in something that is not a proven fact. From that moment on I was agnostic.
Even though she attended as a child, and then started going again when I was a teenager, she never, ever even once took me or my brother to church. I went one time when I was 13 with a friend. I hated it. It seemed like the most superficial and disingenuous thing I have ever experienced.
