Hometown Buffet
Weight loss bucket list…Definition…All the places that Jeremy and I have to and want to indulge in by September 11th 2008 before the new diet starts
OK…so the bucket list that Jeremy and I have put together includes The Hometown Buffet in Peoria, IL. I now can tell anyone how to get a free meal for 4 at the buffet. First off a meal for four is 49.84 with tax and drink…Eat your meal then as you are talking make sure you choose a night that remnants of a hurricane is pouring down about 2 inches of rain on the area. After that much rain and a leaky roof the ceiling tile will become saturated and fall on you as you are engaging in conversation…WARNING…Everyone will look at you and you will hear at least 3 chicken little jokes. The manager will come out and refund your meal!!! Yes this is a true story…The tile landed on the center of an island barrier in the restaurant and crumbled all over my wife!!! Needless to say she was not pleased…late
i still say they got off pretty damn easy just not making us pay for dinner. they should have bare minimum offered us a free pass for next time. someone could have seriously got hurt and i know they prolly give free passes for way less severe things.
btw, add Schooners and Cheddars to our list. I want a couple big delicious tenderloins before I give them up forever.
