Bacon Explosion v1.2
this time I did a few things different.
1. I used a rub in between the bacon and sausage layer and on the outside
2. I used a middle layer of BBQ sauce from this great local rib joint, Grampa Johns Rib Shack.
3. I am cooking it in the toaster oven, instead of the grill.Probably for and hour and 15min on 300f.
I was going to cook it in the smoker, but it’s still too cold. This was a 1am spur-of-the-moment thing.
